Hi to all, I will be saying goodbye to 2011 in a person way solo at the Silkwood Hotel, 1 Edward St Silkwood, Nth Qld. Ph- 07 40 652 322 for more info. This year has been very big on the farm front, selling tomatoes again for a living since my husband loves growing them, bugger i say. I have been having fun with all the animals just love milking the goats and making cheese, ice cream and yoghurt and best of all drinking the milk yummo. I have been making everything from tomato sauce to homemade codial and feel great knowing my children are not having all that sugar salt and preservites,, anyway be self suffiecient it's great. Dont forget Jan 26th 2012 will be at the REef Hotel Casino in Cairns for Summer songbirds, you can check out from 5pm to midnight all us local cairns girls doin our thing...
